Sorry for OT (Off Topic), but your skiller is not worth HRs or even Ist, I'm afraid. Most people here use this trade values guide as a reference for prices. It suggests that a clean Ele Sk is about Um (they go for about Pul as well). I'm afraid you cannot expect much more than Um. A Light Sk with 12 FHR will probably cost Ist or more.
