I'm not really searching for a 35% fcr spirit right now since I think they are way overpriced as it is. I would rather get a mid spirit and a/some runes as stated in my original post.
Conclusion: I value a spirit ~30 + Pul higher

Well, I was valuing it at Mal, which I think seems perfectly reasonable, even in a stable market. Either way, you have some good rune offers now, so never mind!
